Women post-Cancer
A place to process your cancer experience
Cancer changes things; your body, routines, relationships, and sense of self, often in ways that linger after treatment ends.
After you’ve rung the bell and appointments have slowed down, most people assume you’re “better.” There can be pressure to move on before you’ve even had a chance to process what you’ve been through.
The emotional impact of cancer doesn’t suddenly disappear the moment treatment is over and for many women, the post-treatment phase can feel unexpectedly exhausting, disorienting, and lonely. This group offers a space to be with other women who get it.
This 6-week virtual group is for women who have finished all or most of their cancer treatment and are looking for support in processing their experience. Together, we will explore themes such as identity, anxiety, grief, fatigue, body image, and growth through a combination of conversation & psychoeducation.
Next group planned for Fall 2026
